Frequently asked questions

What is a Wordscapes solver?
A Wordscapes solver takes the letters shown in a Wordscapes puzzle's circle and finds every real word they can form, which you then fill into the crossword-style grid to complete the level.
How do I use this Wordscapes solver?
Type in the letters from your puzzle's circle and the solver instantly lists every valid word those letters can make, sorted by length — match the word lengths to the blanks in your grid.
Why do some words not fit in the grid?
Wordscapes only accepts words in its own puzzle dictionary and grid layout, so some valid English words this tool finds may not be part of that specific level's answer set — try the words that match your grid's blank lengths first.
Is this Wordscapes solver free to use?
Yes, this tool is completely free with no signup required.
How is the Scrabble score calculated for each word?
Each word's score is the sum of its letters' standard Scrabble tile values. It doesn't include board bonus squares like Double Letter or Triple Word Score, since there's no board — it's just the word's raw point value, useful for comparing which words are worth more. E.g.: • A, E, I, O, U, L, N, S, T, R = 1 point • D, G = 2 points • B, C, M, P = 3 points • F, H, V, W, Y = 4 points • K = 5 points • J, X = 8 points • Q, Z = 10 points (rarest, highest value) "Summed" means the site adds up the value of every letter in the word. For example, "APPLE" = A(1) + P(3) + P(3) + L(1) + E(1) = 9 points.
